Simple Fat Loss Workout (Module Uno)

The most difficult part is to get started in your fat loss plans, but even when you manage to push yourself to the gym, you end up spending days figuring out what to do. Add to this the gyms marketing plan trying to sell you personal trainers by assigning you personal trainers who themselves need personal training.

Who wouldn’t be confused. A confused mind usually takes the easier route, which in this case is quitting and choosing the effortless life of comforts at home instead of working on the fat loss.

So in order to help you lose fat I have come up with a few methods that helped me go from 82 kgs and bulky to 70 kgs and well you can see the results. It goes without saying that you have to supplement your plans with a good diet otherwise it would be a waste of time.

Here is a simple workout plan you can do at the comforts of your home and see results if you stick to it.

The Fat Loss Workout 

1. Mountain climbers followed by reverse crunches– 20 seconds of mountain climbing followed by 10 reverse crunches. Workout to be repeated for three sets continuously.

30 to 60 seconds break

2. High knees followed by lying leg raises– Again 20 seconds of standing high knees followed by 10 leg raises to 90 degrees. Workout to be repeated for three sets continuously.

30 to 60 seconds break

3. Lying knee to elbow followed by plank– 30 seconds of knee to elbows followed by 30 second plank and repeat for 3 sets.

30 to 60 seconds break

4. Incline walk– Follow this with a 10 minute walk on an incline try around 10 incline at a speed of 6 and work your way upwards.

Stretch using the medicine ball.
